Billing and Cancellation Policy
Hai paid products are provided through Google Play subscriptions. Billing, approval, renewal, refunds, and payment method management follow Google Play's billing system and policies.
1. Subscription Plans
- Light: 30 monthly runs
- Basic: 60 monthly runs
- Plus: 100 monthly runs
- Premium: 180 monthly runs
Plan prices and currencies are determined by the country or region configured for the user's Google Play account, the applicable local currency and taxes, and Google Play policy, rather than by the app language or IP address. The app displays the localized price provided by Google Play for that user. The product, price, currency, tax, and renewal terms shown by Google Play immediately before purchase ultimately prevail.
2. Billing, Renewal, and Usage
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly billing cycle unless canceled through Google Play. Renewal is charged to the payment method registered with the user's Google Play account. Paid features may be restricted if payment fails, remains pending, is canceled or refunded, or cannot yet be verified.
Monthly usage is calculated against the subscription cycle verified by Google Play. Once the limit is exhausted, execution is restricted until the next cycle. Unless expressly stated in the app or a promotion, unused runs are not refundable in cash and do not roll over to the next cycle.
One execution is counted when an alarm or routine runs on the server and produces a briefing with a successful or partially successful status. Requests blocked before execution by an allowance or safety rule, and requests that ultimately fail because of permissions, network issues, or external API errors, do not reduce the allowance. Internal server retries for the same execution are not counted again.
If Google Play applies a payment pending state, account hold, or grace period, access is determined from the subscription status reported by Google Play. After reinstalling or changing devices with the same Google Play account, users may use the in-app restore function to verify an active purchase again.
3. Free Trials and Plan Changes
New accounts receive a seven-day free trial managed by the app. Trial usage limits and restricted features are displayed in the app. This trial is separate from any Google Play subscription trial offer. Starting the app-managed trial does not charge a payment method or automatically convert the account to a paid subscription. Paid access begins only after the user separately completes a purchase through Google Play.
The effective date, proration, replacement charge, next renewal date, and treatment of remaining benefits for upgrades or downgrades follow the terms shown by Google Play and the payment approval status. Users should confirm the final charge and effective date before completing a change.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Users may cancel automatic renewal in Google Play subscription management at any time. Uninstalling Hai or signing out does not automatically cancel the subscription. Cancellation generally applies to the next charge, and paid features remain available until the current billing cycle ends.
Cancellation does not automatically refund amounts already paid. Refunds, statutory withdrawal rights, duplicate charges, and unauthorized charges are handled under Google Play refund policies and the laws applicable in the user's country. Korean users retain statutory withdrawal rights to the extent provided by law; those rights may be restricted where supply of digital content or services has begun with the user's prior consent, as permitted by law.
If a price changes, Google Play may provide advance notice, request consent, or offer a cancellation opportunity as required by law and platform policy. Taxes and exchange rates may affect the final amount. Statutory withdrawal and consumer rights are not limited by this Policy.
5. Account Deletion and Subscriptions
When account deletion is requested in the app, Hai asks Google Play to cancel the connected subscription immediately where technically possible. Automatic cancellation may fail because of account linkage, payment status, or platform restrictions, so users should verify the final state in Google Play subscription management.
Account deletion or subscription cancellation does not guarantee a refund. Google Play's final processing result prevails. Restoring an account during the deletion-pending period does not automatically restore a cancelled subscription, remaining usage, or the billing cycle; users must review the subscription state in Google Play.
6. Billing Data and Contact
Hai does not directly collect complete payment card numbers or raw payment methods. It processes only Google Play product IDs, purchase tokens, order IDs, subscription status, expiration dates, and billing verification results. Contract, withdrawal, payment, and service-supply records may be retained separately for 5 years as required by law, and consumer inquiry and dispute records for 3 years after the latest handling.
